still waiting for our decision letter this system give us very stress
and our judge say she will send decision letter within two weeks but almost 26 days finish still nothing

You keep asking the same questions in here. The truth is everyone's appeal is different, beside the generic questions like the genesis of your relationship, how your relationship mature to the point of marriage and what had you two done after your marriage, there are also more private questions related to the red flag in your blue book. For example people who got rejected for age differences will be ask different questions than people who got rejected because of previous sponsorship or marriages or refugee claim etc.

If you want less tricky questions to be ask, you have to come up with more or better documentary evidence to address all your red flags. The Judge and the MC will not allow your appeal on just your verbal answers without seeing any hard facts (documentary evidence).

I won the hearing on February 7 and received the letter on March 7, April 30, to receive the letter of immigration requesting the documents and the form, to send me until May 30, I sent everything and when it was May 30, they sent a new email requesting my husband's US-certified FBI, I sent them the same week, and when it was last Friday, they responded and they said that everything was okay and and for me to wait for the next step, they are very slow, what else missing, what's the next step.

They always very slow. we won our appeal on Sept 06,2018. And submitted everything they asked for on Feb 01,2019. Now, we are still waiting.

Hi I have a question on 27 January 2019 with my documents they ask for passport bio page so I send which one is going to expire on 10 December 2019 so that time it’s have more then six months I send
But now I make new one because in the old one have less then six months now can I send the new passport through webform or I wait for their request

Everywhere is just quiet, no one saying they get any sweet update since February or March, I think we are just been locked down with this appeal while fresher's are getting good result on Accra forum for good news every day. We need do something fast. What do you all think???
