I hope you all are good.

I have a quetsion about extending a PGWP after you receive your AIP Endorsement. If you have already applied your PR under AIP after you have received the endoresement certificate, can you exend your work permit? I read that BOWP is not allowed under AIP.

almost the same with my friend. She got her endorsement certificate last Sept 1 then applied for PR last sept 16. Her PGWP expired last sept 18, but she applied for the public policy pgwp extension for 18months last June and she still waiting for the result. My question is, Is need to wait for the result of her PGWP or need to apply close work permit? Thank you

Do you have any idea how closed work permit process works under AIP? Is it through LMIA or based on endorsement certificate through AIP?

I think no need for LMIA, once your employer endorse you to the province, and the province approved you and give you a certificate of endorsement, it comes along with a referral letter to apply for work permit, all you need is the ff:

1. your referral letter
2. your signed IMM 0156 form
3. your education credentials
4. your language test results
5. your proof of work experience, if applicable

you can apply a work permit. Once the province endorse you you get a referral letter t apply a work permit and the ff is the one you need in applying work permit. Here is the link where you can find out

they send you both on your inb portal where you applied your endorsement.

If a person who is on Open Work permit gets the AIP endorsement - spouse who is in closed work permit can their Closed work permit be open ?
