After medical exam results have been delivered

What do I do next? I applied in person at the LA Consulate on April 22. I was told to come back on April 27 for my passport. When I came back, I was told that I would need to get a medical exam done and they gave me a form to give to the DMP. I had my medicals done the next day, April 28. I tracked my medical exam results and here's what it says about it:

So I'm assuming that the medical office in Ottawa has already received my med exam results? What do I need to do after this? Are they going to be contacting me? I provided an email address, an address and a phone number. How do they usually contact people? They have never contacted me before (not even for getting a medical, I just went there to the embassy). How long does it take for the medical exam results to be reviewed? Is it safe for me to go to the embassy on Monday to claim my passport? (they asked if I want to leave my passport there so that I wouldn't need to go back again if they request for it, but I can claim it anytime). Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Wait, results take about 30 days to get the processing office.

The visa office usually sends a letter or email if you indicated you can be contacted via email, requesting for your passport and how they will be able to return it to you.

Hello guys,
Just want to share that after my medical exam results have been delivered, it only two 8 days (5 business days) to go back to the embassy. My results have been delivered to Ottawa on May 10, the embassy received them on May 18, and my visa was stamped on May 18 as well.

I didn't receive a letter from the embassy. When I went to followup in person yesterday, my file was already approved and just waiting for me to pick it up.
