Hi,
I am in the process of getting AEO from Canadian employer. But i am worried about the following things.
Senior members pls. help me:

1. Will Services Canada evaluate my education and experience in detail before they issue AEO i.e. is my education and experience one of the criteria(how closely it matches to open position) to issue AEO alongwith the Employer criteria (genuine job offer etc)?
2. Is there any chance the Visa Officer can reject my application during my interview saying that i am not qualified for AEO based on my experience and education? I don't want to get rejected on the last step of this process as its long process.
3. Should i apply for my family for PR when i apply originally or i should wait for me to get PR and then apply for my family? Pls. suggest the best course of action.

I have 6.5 overall IELTS score, so i don't see any other issues besides this that can stop me.

Thanks

1. No the processing office will evaluate your skills in relation to the AEO http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/en/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/aehrdcassess.shtml
2. Yes, quite a no. of AEO supported applications are rejected, usually because the Immigrant doesn't have the skills or education or the AEO appears to have been "bought" from the prospective employer and is not a real job offer.
3. YOu have to include your family in the application, you can mark them as non accompanying, but they still have to have medicals and security checks. You only save on the application funds

Thansk PMM.

I belong to Punjab (India), where the success rate of getting Canada visa is very low if not almost 0. Chandigarh consulate is rejecting the applications without any reason without even calling folks for interview...

In case Immigration Officer rejects my application based on the following, do they have to provide the solid reasoning for their decision? Shouldn't the job offer be examined for these kind of things before AEO is appoved?

"the AEO appears to have been "bought" from the prospective employer and is not a real job offer"
