ADVICE NEEDED FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION TO VISA OFFICE

Dear Fellows

My initial approval from CIO arrived in July and i now have to submit the application again with all required documents to my relevant Visa Office.

Can someone advice:

Do i need to send photocopies of the original application forms (sent to CIO) along with my personal documents ?
OR
Do i have to fill in the application forms again and send these with my documents ?

I would really appreciate your advise

You have to submit all original forms not photocopies along with the documents mentioned in Visa Specific checklist.
