Hello,

I have questions regarding to the additional sheet of papers on question forms. Would you please tell me if my format is correct to be written as following:

NAME FAMILY NAME______
IMM 5490E_____
PAGE NUMBER: 2

QUESTION 9: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (CONTINUE):

Another question is to explain additional details, do I have to type it all upper case as well? It looks dull and is difficult to read it though.

Regards,

That is how I did:

"Full name
Name and number of the form - Additional page number 1

Development Of Your Relationship
9 – "

Regards,

Only my name and the information about the form and what additional page was that were written using Caps Lock, the rest was not.

Thank you for your reply

According to the IMM5409E form, you said on the additional sheet of paper should be written lower case. How about on the form? There are some quite bigger space than the rest of all Immigrant application forms, especially when giving any additional details of the first meeting with sponsor (Q6), Describe development of your relationship (Q9), Provide details on date, location, celebrate the marriage, etc (Q15), etc. Do I have to type it in upper case there? Is it better to type it " separate document attached" on the form, so that I can describe all those details at one time on the additional sheet of papers in each questions separately?

Kindly please advise.

Thank you & Regards,

Is there anyone could help me out pls?

what i did was i went straight and wrote on the form to see attached sheet.
so on the attached sheet i type up the develpoments and so far i have been approved and is in Process in the visa off.

alwyas make it easier for them to read, i wasnt sure if to write in lower or uppercases so i just wrote in upper case and said see attached sheet.
i typed it, microsoft word.. lol

good luck

Thank you for your reply, bflava

dont use uppercase to answer simple questions. it is annoying to read simple sentences in upper case. its like "shouting". use uppercase only for names, titles, city names, etc

Thank you, Asta. I will explain my relationship in lower case on the additional papers then :)

Type is up and it looks clean and simple to read, u write it unless yr handwriting is as good as a microsoft word typed up info, lol my hand is poor so everything that needed more info on the sheet i just said see attached in bla bla number blaa bla and it went in fine.. make it simple and make it understanding for the person who will be reading and workin on it..
i have been lucky so far but still waiting but under normal processing time.

good luck

Thank you, bflava. That's what I asked to type it up in upper or lower case, I did not ask to write it though.
Regards,

Typed it up in lower case, Just as u typing up a document, typing in UPPERCASE haaaa u making yr case boring for the IO..

eg. I Met my husband/wife in the year of ........... It was ..........

Type in Lower case and start every new sentence or line with Upercase and keep it simple...

good luck
