Hello again. Im sponsoring my husband. He is the principal applicant and we dont have kids yet. It says on additional family info each of his family 18 and older needs to complete the form? Is that really necessary for him? What this really means?

Only he needs to complete this form. This form is used for other types of immigration to Canada, and so it can be confusing for the spousal sponsorship. Since there are no kids, and you're already a Canadian PR or Citizen, you don't have to fill out this form. Only your husband as the principal applicant. He will have to fill in all information requested though (spouse, parents, siblings, and also declare he has no children).

You're applying Outland? The medical must be done upfront. The panel physician will give you a receipt to include with the application.
