Ok, we have all the info for my spouse's family, but I just wanted to clarify a couple of things...
First, do we need only those relatives that are over 18, or should we include his little sisters that are minors as well? Do only the adults have to sign them?
Secondly, how many passport photos do we need of each of them?
Thirdly, how many total photos do we need of my spouse? We originally had 4 photos - is that enough or do they require more?

Any help would be great, thanks!!!!

In additional family information, he should list his parents and siblings, also those under 18. No passport photos needed and these relatives should not sign anything. He is applying, they are not. He needs to sign the form stating that the information is correct, that's it.

How many passport photos is visa office specific. Look for the proper instructions for your visa office here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

But what about on the section where it says 'passport photo here'. It's form 5406, where there are 3 columns per page and at the bottom it requires a photo of that person...

This form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5406E.PDF 5406 has no space for any passport photos.

My bad, I meant form 0008, page 2. This is the section where they ask for photos.

If you read what it says above that section, this is only for family members who are going in on the same application. When you are sponsoring your spouse, obviously he has no other spouse to list there who is going with him but if he has children who are not Canadians or PR, they would be on this form, whether they are coming with him or not. His parents and siblings would not be listed there. You also should not glue passport photos on the form but refer to the visa office specific instructions on how many passport photos you should include of each person.
