Hi we received request letter from IRCC stating
“Client information : Receipt of information from client. Please complete biometrics.”
What exactly they mean from this??
We received pre arrival last November. medicals done. Still haven’t received our biometric request.

Are you sure the letter isn't the Biometrics Information letter?
