I'm applying for a PR under family category, my file has been sent to Singapore office since dec 19th, but I still haven't receive any acknowledgement letter. I have a POlice certificate from Australian Federal Police (I lived there for more than 6 months in the past) that I just received a few weeks ago.
I wanted to submitt it to complete my application, but I'm not sure what kind of file number I have to attach it with since I haven't got the AOR letter from the singapore office.
I've already emailed them, and the reply was not very informative, they ask me to send it but no explanation about the file number.
