Adding a child (canadian citizen) on an existing PR application

I am an inland applicant in Federal stage. We had a baby born in quebec (He has a canadian passport).
Do I need to add him to our application? Is it going to delay our application?

No, you don't add him. Just send a Webform with a copy of his birth certificate to update IRCC.
