Add spouse after getting file No

Hello,

During filing my PR under CEC category, I have included all details about my spouse.
She has some work back home and that's why I apply PR for myself only.

I got my file # and now she change her mind and wants to come to Canada.

I am in canada right now, and my question is that

1. Can I include my spouse name as I have already provided her birth certificate, background declaration form and photos etc.?
2. Is this impact my application processing time ?

Email your query to CPC ottawa and asked them the procedure to add the spouse. Since you've already provided all the necessary details.
