about study permit and visa

quick questions guys when you get approved for study permit is it 100 percent that you will be given a visa

i reason i am asking is because in my country cameroon we have to apply for study permit then if approved the we apply for trv via a VAT.all orignial copies are forwarded to the visa office in dakar senegal before your passport is stamped

Oh ok, forgot about the Trv. It's a good sign that you have been approved for the Study Permit, so while nobody can guarantee 100% you will get TRV (Thats up to the individual CIC officer), it is definitely a good sign.
