About medical date deadline (received medicals)

Hi All,

Please let me know till what date I can go for medicals...

yesterday at my india address, medical request came from delhi CHC and as per letter they said that from 26th Nov you have 45 days for your medicals. Currently I am out of india so its a worry for me.

Could somebody tell me that can I add 45 days to 26th nov and can go for it on 7 Jan as well or Delhi office sshould receive medicals result by 45 days?

Hi,
You have 45 days to complete the medical. Once you finish the medical you can send a mail to CHC that your medical has been completed and the report will be send accordingly by the DMP.

u can get it done from outside of India also. all u have to do is to make sure that DMP forwards it to CHC-ND within prescribed time.

Actually I want to delay it as much as possible and my family is in india.
So wanted to know that can I do it on 42 or 43rd day also incase it works well.

My status is in process from 16th November.

Hi Sanju 1676, Congrats for the medicals. Please do not delay it to 42nd or 43rd day because it is very risky that you may miss the deadline. Keep in mind any unforseen delays like public holidays, general strike/bandh, or that DMPs are busy and there is no appointment. Any such event will result in missing the deadline. I think it is worth to visit India asap and complete the medical formalities. Good Luck.

Please go through the letter carefully. It's written that you need to have the medical check within 30 days from the date of the letter. 45 days is the period within which you need to send your passport and RPRF. Atleast it was written in my medical request letter. I applied under FSW1...new rule.
Doesn't matter where you are. You can get your medical done from anywhere in the world. You will find DMPs all around.
