Man ! i wish there was a separate express entry for each province. 
probably not ideal but when these other provinces send invites in bulk it affects everybody in other provinces and even fsw . smh

The thing is if each province could grant PRs to their own requirements, then there is no need for a federal government anymore. Some province like Quebec can fully gear up their "Cash for visa" program which they fully know that after the candidates got their PRs, they will immediately move to BC or Ontario.OMG_Chakromakro said:
