My score is 471. I submitted my profile on July 26th 2019.
Would I be selected in the draw tomorrow?
Also, when do I do the biometrics ? Does CIC tell me when ?

Yes, you could be selected in the draw tomorrow - if there is one.

You do the biometrics after you are invited. All this information will be sent you to once you have been selected in the draw.

That is part of your initial submission. You will have 60 days to submit your application, and you need to do your medical and get your PCCs during that time. You do not need a Canadian RCMP check - they can check your record themselves.

Agree you with 21Goose here. The Invite, comes with all the documents you are required to upload.

RCMP is not required up-front.
However, as a recent applicant I have noticed they are asking for RCMP as ADR once they pass your medical post submission of your application.
Perhaps 5/10 applicants are asked to submit RCMP.
