2nd IEC VISA

hey guys,
i was just wondering if anyone knows if we can get a 2nd year working holiday IEC VISA? im on my first one and have been told i can get a second but im unsure of its true. i know the rules changed again recently so was wonderinf if anyone is in the same situation?
