Hi All,

Can you please clarify this for me, According to CIC they target new 285,000 Permanent residents . Which means

1. 285,000 families ? = (principal applicant + spouse + children) * 285,000 .So total number is greater than 285,000.

or

2. 285,000 individuals including principal applicant + spouse + children = Total migrants 285,000

Appreciate if you can provide a reliable source as well. Apologize, if this has been discussed before.
