I applied there but my complete file has moved to calgary and it doesn’t even mention Quebec on my gcms anymore. I live in BC now

some people mentioned the time counts where you applied from, it doesn't matter if you move. You can call and ask directly

Yes, she is. I even request visitor visa but of course it was denied. Imagine 3.5 years away from the mother. It´s hard for a child.

It does because my MP contacted them requesting to change destination city and move file out of quebec, and IRCC did. I can see all the communication on my GCMS notes. This was last year btw
