120 days period entrance to Canada

Hi all people,

I must submit all documents untill september but now I have the question.
If I will entrance to Canada now for example, may I continue the process from Canada?
Please help with this question.

My understanding is that you can continue it from anywhere in the world. It is as good as changing address or visa office. I did hear that visa office changes are tough nowadays.
