1 year Canada work experience..

Hi, I came to Canada last year May 6th 2018 on work permit, and went on Maternity leave from Nov 2018,
Rejoined office (same employer ) on May 31st and same continuing. My doubt is Can I apply for PR in the month of Sept 2019 in Canadian experience class. Please help. Thanks..

Yes, under CEC the work doesn't need to be continuous. You need 1 year of work experience (30 hours a week max, 1560 hours needed), so you can calculate whether you have that. If you do, you can apply.

Also the work has to be NOC 0,A,B.
