0008 application question

Hi again, we are applying for a Sponsorship of a spouse, and I have a question on the 0008 Generic Application form, (my wife is Canadian and my children are already Citizens)
on the question 3 where it says ---How many family members, included you, are in this application?--- should we include our 3 children even if they arent applying or just my wife and I?

You would only include yourself. Your wife or children are not the ones applying for PR as they are already Canadian. So the answer would be 1
