Same situation. Submitted the supporting docs on 11th January, finished medical and biometrics but still no response from IRCC about the final decision. Is there any way, we can estimate how much time it is taking on average to process the PR application amidst COVID-19?

Is it really working for others, I am continuously redirected to IRCC website even after signing in using GC Key. Is anyone else facing this issue? Any advise on how can I move past this?

Looks like the server has some connectivity issues. It worked fine until afternoon and now suddenly the page doesn't load.
