Hello, I have received my approval on My GC key account on December 1. Received OPR on the same day. I have submitted my passport on December 15 after a lot of hassle. When can I expect LOI. Does it comes at the time my passport will get dispatch from the IRCC Singapore after stamping? Thank you!

If you don't put your data on arrive Can, they will give you verbal warning but they won't send you back. But why would be rejected on the port of entry if you can answer questions properly.
