    Hi fellow filipinos. Ask ko lang po yung sa mga nakatira sa luzon especially sa metro manila. Pupunta po ba kayo ng cebu for biometrics or hintay nalang na magbukas manila? Kasi magpapa swab test pa bago makapunta dun tapos cost of fligh ticket and isolate ulit dun ng 14 days if ever. Thank you po
