To be honest chances are really slim as per my understanding. So I would not wait and go ahead with new application asap. Rest its up to you.:)

Usually takes around 24 hrs. i believe for the profile to be synched once we create. But i know few who created profile just a day before and got invite next day. It's subjective. Anyway you're good since it's PNP draw today, so mostly CEC draw tomorrow..Good luck, Let us know if you get it;)

Sorry to hear about your rejection. But unfortunately, it is a fault on your end so they might not reconsider. Better to get in the EE pool again and have all the documents in order this time and if any confusion get it reviewed through your friends/colleagues who have done this process or ask...
