You might need to upload a soft copy of your Passport in the documents section in your GC Key account. Please see if IRCC has enabled a upload for you.

@idhar_chicha Should I take a risk and book direct flights of October from India to Canada which are available at cheap prices ? There's a highly likely chance that the ban might not be extended after 21st Sept unless they have a personal vendetta against India.

You can take a screenshot of the reply that you sent on 11th Jan and submit it as a proof in the webform stating you replied to the mail with an affirmative, along with all the other details.

There has been a case which I read in this forum where the same email went to Spam Box & person did not look. When they found out, 15 days had passed. I believe they raised a webform for the same and informed IRCC. It worked for them. You can try doing the same. Also raise a VO specific webform...

Update : Today morning, I received Tracking Id & AWB details for dependent as well. Although it doesn't seem to be active yet.
