So my husband and I filled out the form in January showing interest to sponsor his mother. I sent this January 4 and we haven't gotten the email that we have been approved to apply for her. Has anyone gotten any feedback yet or approval to sponsor their parent to Canada??

If a family is removed from Canada after a failed refugee and PRAA, during that time a H&C application is in process, will the process still continue? is there still a chance that Canada will grant them the opportunity to come back?

I'm doin outland for my husband. He's in Jamaica. On Apr 25 he brought his fingerprints into Kingston JA immigration. I emailed RCMP and they advised me his info is not in their system. Is this normal? Should I be concerned. Should he do the prints again? Has anyone experienced this before?
