    CoPR issuance date

    My case recently got approved. My CIC account is showing “Final Decision: April 30 your application was approved. “ Is that the CoPR issuance date? I haven’t got it back in the mail yet so I don’t know what it says on my CoPR. Thanks!

    Has anyone sent their passport to CPC-Ottawa from the US recently?

    We sent through FedEx on March 14. Delivered on March 16, two hours before the announcement of border closure. If anyone has sent passports to Ottawa recently, please share your timeline! We don't know if the CPC is still working right now and not sure if it will cause a withhold of our passports.

    Has anyone called CIC to check their status recently? I called yesterday and today, entered my application number and my year of birth, but the automated system said they were unable to find my application. Has anyone experienced something like this recently?
