Yes. They passed my medicals on 17th September. No news after that

I didn't submit any document after remedical. The doctor's office transmitted the reports to IRCC. It said we have requested a medical exam and then it changed to you have passed the medical exam. There was no other updates till IRCC passed the medical test.

You may get one soon or your medical may get extended

I hope to receive PPR soon. But I think they asked for remed because the validity of my 1st medical was till 2nd December. So that wouldn't have given me much time to fly if they had issued a PPR. If your medical expiry date is in January, you may get an extension or a PPR directly.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have sent a webform today and asked them to confirm whether my re-medical reports have been transmitted to them or not. The panel physician didn't give me anything that I could send to IRCC. However, I have mentioned my IME no. in the webform.

Yes. Its very common and as legal falcon said, they do this to make sure medicals are valid at the time of landing.

Medical is valid for 1 year. Since your medical has expired, they have requested a re-medical. I have the same AOR but my medical was valid till 2nd December. I still got remed request on 8th Sept.
