What additional documents they asked for ? Usually they don't give any updates if you are within 6 months timeline. your medical and biometrics are done already, there is a good chance that you will receive ppr within 6 months period.

No, they don't charge anything. you can get an update every 3 months they usually don't respond if you contact them frequently asking for an update. You need to provide them Applicant's full name, Date of birth, UCI number and Application number. His email is goodale@sasktel.net

Agent asked is your application being processed outside Canada. i replied yes, its at London. She asked few questions for security, i had to wait for few minutes then she said your application is in queue waiting for review and we need nothing from you at this stage.

You're welcome !! A new section will be added just below final desicion named 'Document Section' in which they add counterfoil number for all applicants with expiry date.

Check your cic account regularly. if you see counterfoil number added in account it means your COPR is issued.
