    Super visa - mariage cerficate for parents

    Hi, I'm applying super visa for my parents but they don't have marriage certificate and it is required document in documents list. Any alternatives for mariage certificate? I read somewhere that they can provide the affidavit. Does anybody have the format of that affidavit? Thanks
