yes i applied from dubai and im PR holder. I applied for my daughter and husband on Feb 2 2021. Gave Biometrics on 25th Feb 2021. Applied for travel exemption in July 2021. Since then no final decision. I sent several emails and the only reply i got everytime is that decision is pending.
