Agents are not available because of high volume of calls. I’ve been trying for an hour but noone is available

How can I contact Visa office if my file is being processed in India??? Can anyone please help because I just tried calling IRCC but they said that they could not find the application corresponding to the information I gave.

Hi, Can anyone please tell me that how i can call at IRCC from India as my agent said we cannot call from India, only applicants from Canada can call them. And what Do they ask if call them ? Please reply . I’ve asked this question for 3-4 times but nobody replied to my thread.
