A small doubt Malaysia doesn't issue Police Verification Certificate for less than 1 yr stay. My total stay is 9 months(greater than 183 days). So should i check "yes" and give an explanation for it or should i check "no"?

And Malaysia doesn't issue Police Verification Certificate (good conduct certificate) to people who have stayed for less than a year. I have stayed for 9 months. Does that mean i will not be asked for the police verification certificate?
