There isn't actually a visitation centre. He couldn't afford that so he is allowed to have 2 hours at McDonald's with my mom.... He's never actually visited here even though he's allowed to.....

Yes, he still has supervised visitation. Michigan very very rarely stops all visits.....

I already did that, plus a letter from the MPs office stating that having my ex sign this would not be possible due to a history of domestic abuse....

Could you possibly send me a copy of the statutory declaration you sent to ircc? I am in the same boat, my daughter is under a guardianship and I'm having trouble even getting copies of the guardianship paperwork. This is the second time they've requested her medicals and she's even blocked me...

Anyone else having problems with the spreadsheet not loading?

Does anyone know if they will give an extension to get the medicals done? I won't be able to get my older kids ones done until at least mid February and I'm seriously freaking out here....

Did this ever work out for you? I'm just wondering because I didn't send my work permit with my PR application, applying under spousal (husband is a citizen) and considering just applying for this instead of a visitor record and study permit for my daughter....

So does anyone know what a temporary file number is because when I spoke to ircc, they stated that I had a temporary file number. Does that mean it passed the initial "documents ok" check and is now waiting to start processing? Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm just super nervous.

Does anyone know the sequence of numbers to get to an agent through ircc so that I can check my status without an application number?
