How long has it been u applied total ? Cuz 9 months is 3/4 yr they ur supposed to finish within a year unless u have interview scheduled. You should have email them to 9/10 th month or get gcms notes and or go Mp office if no interview scheduled if total application time exceed 10 months

Hmmm. Even if I don't see update. My file timeline supposed to end July 17. And as per final steps the passport letter which didn't receive yet. Always says to submit within 30 days. Meaning they must finish everything and give the passport letter by few days before June 17 to give a buffer...

If this is the case I'm wondering what will happen to my husband's file time line shows 9 weeks left and they didn't start BGC n file transferred 6 months ago. Might end up asking for picture last min which would not have enough time for.

As per the gckey the pre arrival package is sent when medical is passed. As That is asked for when relation is not in doubt. the eligibility line is not based on based on relationship rather all the steps. Without BCG you can't determine eligibility passing. A person needs full security...
