I applied on 13th March and got approval on 25th March (Monday). I received the biometrics validity letter on 22nd March (Friday).

Some students (not all) receive an acknowledgment letter from IRCC after 15 days or a month which states that your application is complete and has been received.

You’re likely to receive the biometrics validity letter a day before the decision is made. You’ve to wait. If you got acknowledgement letter before that, then you’ll be able to link your application with GCkey account as UCI and application number are mentioned on that letter as well.
