We are weeks past the one year mark. Contacted MP and this is the reply we got. VO is still determining eligibility. The criminality verifications have not been initiated. The security verifications are currently valid. What does it mean security verification are valid?

Today is our 1 year mark, we got the whole "20% of our applications are complex, etc.", anyone else waiting over a year receive that?

Late December 2018 application received here. Transfer to paris Medical passed: Feb 28 Started processing: March 15 Bio req: Oct 8 Then noticed that they were reviewing ADR, and then received a ghost update on November 15. No email, nothing updated.. Still nothing Any clue what that was all about?

I'm in the exact same boat as you, file got transfered on march 15 after medicals and now total silence, no bio yet.

Nothing on ECAS other then them saying they started processing the applicants file on March 15, and that medicals were completed. I'm a late december applicant. Paris office.

We still haven't been requested for the biometrics yet and there is 18 weeks left until the 1 year mark. Our file is in Paris, does anyone know why the biometric request is taking so long for us?

I heard it takes this office more than 12 months to process applications! Any insights or is anyone else going through them as well? Our application was forwarded to them mid March after the medical request was completed. Since then we did not get any updates or biometric requests..
