hi there, Some countries do give that paper while others don't, your best bet is to get in touch with Lebanon embassy or consulate in Canada and ask them if you can have that certificate Best of luck

thanks for the reply, so if I understood it well, as long as the passport stamps and entry-exit from other countries including US show that I have spent over 730 days they won't bother about the mistakes but if it is less than 730 it will raise question marks? in my case, I was in Canada...
