Wow, tbh the NOC 1411 is really similar to NOC 1241. I noticed that although the duties are similar, the NOC 1241 has used "verbs" that require higher skills level, such as "Proofreading and edit" instead of "preparing" reports etc., "set up and maintain" instead of "Sort and file" filing...

I talked to the HR and they just added 2 more duties and made it into bullet point form. So there are 7 duties and matches 6 main duties of the NOC 1241 list.
