Recently my sister applied for open work permit, which got refused. Now I want to sponsor her for visitor visa. Does her work permit refusal lowers the chances of getting a visitor visa and how long should i wait before sending her sponsorship? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. When I said"sponsor". I meant sending them a invitation letter to attend a marriage. because i have a step mother and a step brother as well. So that's what am asking do I qualify to send them an invite?
