    As far as I know, you must apply BOWP when your current work permit does not expire.

    Based on my understanding, if IRCC requests you to do the exam, you do not need to do anything. All you need is to give your doctor the letter from the IRCC. On that letter, there is a medical ID linked to your case, and your doctor can upload the result to IRCC through that ID directly.
