has anyone had any trouble opening up the completed wes report, it it this morning but its just blank when i open..just need my certificate number n can apply for a possible draw today ? or was the cert number different to the reference number? thanks

Yeah i have the English test done, I have everything done but the ECA,, visa expires in 3 weeks, contacted wes about 10 times now (only 1 response, now there are telling me it takes 20 business days from the stage of "Evaluation report being prepared for delivery" which i know inst the case...
