Have you sent your passport. My thinking is that they do not change either of your statuses until they have both your passports. Even if they’re sent to two different consulates.

Right. So once your wife got the PPR, did she receive an email (or did you) with another Annex A with her name and UCI on it? Or did you have to wait for CPC to send you a letter for your wife?

By letter you mean the Annex A that was attached to the email? If yes, then NO. It only contained my Name, email and UCI.
