We can only hope for the best and prepare for the worst at the moment and wait patiently. I have tried reaching out to my constituency MP to get status update of my application via his office, ordered GCMS notes twice, all the while thinking that it could trigger a movement of my application...

I have exact same timeline as yours except my application sent date is May 27, 2023. I am still waiting for my LPP to be completed. GCMS notes does not say anything. Looks like they put a bunch of applications like us to a triage process, probably they are going to look at it at a specific date.

Don't worry, your account should get updated by the time you receive your passport or atleast within a day or two after receiving the passport.

I didn't get any email. I just checked the PR application and it was updated.

@vishalphonsa Just checked the tracking id...it now says your processed passport has been dispatched.....what about yours? I had checked my PR application also..it has been updated with final decision made as approved.

@vishalphonsa Did you get your passports back after stamping?

I was also told the same by my consultant. They will take your old passports only if it has any stamping done. But it's better to take the old passports with your for submission, the VFS officer will decide to take only current or all.

I did ask them about collecting the stamped passport for which they told that the person who i coming to collect should have an authorisation letter and also he/she needs to have your photocopy of govt id card like pan/voter id/aadhar etc. Going by this logic the same should apply for handover...
