Seems you have not selected the right numbers on the IVR options..choose the options where you dont have to speak to an agent.

Also, its an IVR thing so you dont have to talk to any person and your call wont be recorded. :-)

Ravleen...you can get all the info of your current updates by calling IRCC if you have the application number. Just ask your consultant for application number.

It all depends on individual cases. But on an average it takes anywhere from 1 to 15 days for NA2 to IP2 and from 15-20 days for IP2 to PPR. Hope this helps. :-)
