Not necessarily. They say it can take longer. My card was approved on Jan 5th. I guess there is a whole lot that is missing.

Jan 5th mailed out. Still not received. I hope they didn’t screw up a whole batch.

Mine was mailed on Jan 5th but I haven’t received it either. I can’t apply for a lost card till it’s been 6 weeks. Have you come across other people who have faced the same problem?

Depending on where you get it from, it can take a day to a week. Just follow up with the hospital.

There has been a huge variation in the number of days it takes for card to reach after the status online has changed to approved. I have to book my flight due to some immediate concerns but would like to take my card with me. Any insight regarding timelines would be appreciated.

How are you going to get it to you? Courier?

Hi, Timeline Landed : Nov 12. Got into an altercation with the border officer. Application went in on phone on Nov 15. Approved today Jan 5. COULD SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE AN APPROX TIME OF APPROVAL TO DELIVERY OF PR CARD?

Does the document status read reviewed first and then change to uploaded or is it the other way around?

So I emailed CIC for my PR card status but they responded that this office is not responsible for PR card processing. Is there an alternate email we can use? I feel calling has not helped most people on this thread and perhaps sending an email would illicit a response.

Landed on Nov 12 via Ambassador Bridge. Border officer refused to start my PR card application. So had to start that on Nov 15. Update : Documents you provided have been uploaded ( Dec 23 )
