    But it says for definite period of time. But Cic wants letter saying for atleast one year we will be here after getting PR. Thts why reverted back.

    Does anybody is getting offer letter from employer for minimum period of 1 year after getting PR for obtaining those 50 points.

    But its mentioned in work permit that it is under GATS international agreement. Which falls under international trade agreement. So had selected first option. Correct me if I am wrong.

    If I am on ICT so which Option should I select? No - My work permit is exempt from LMIA due to international agreement or No - My work permit is exempt from LMIA due to other reasons and is employer specific.
