My wife got her passport stamped to travel to Canada (through family sponsorship) Will she be allowed to transit through USA without a problem. She is on fly emirates departing from Uganda, stopping at Dubai then Seattle? I'm worried cuz I'm hearing to fly to USA, you would need a transit visa.
